As a full-service real estate development firm, Form has experience in ground-up development, acquisition & redevelopment, and a third party role as Development Manager/Owner’s Representative.
Form’s keen focus on establishing a successful relationship with the client, results in a successful and streamlined Development Project. Helping clients and stakeholders minimize the risk of Development and ultimately increasing the value of the Real Estate Asset.

Ownership

JJ Alaily established Form Development (Form) in 2010 with a focus on Retail Development.  As the Principal of Form, JJ has over 10 years of extensive involvement in the Real Estate Industry.  JJ is a MBA graduate of the Grasskamp School of Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin.  Prior to attending the MBA program JJ was a successful franchisee of over 42 Cost Cutters and Supercuts throughout Northeastern, WI.   This past experience as a franchisee gives JJ a unique understanding of the Tenant side of the real estate business.  During his tenure at Form, JJ has completed ground up and existing developments for JoAnn Fabrics, TJ Maxx, Staples, Xperience Fitness, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Sherwin Williams, US Cellular, Christopher & Banks, Rue 21, Maurices, Get it Now, Regis, DaVita, North Shore Bank, Weight Watchers, and Cellcom.
